Designers unleash their imagination and individuality on publications and promotional materials in Victionary’s latest edition; Printwork. Using techniques such as special printing effects, designers let their true colours shine through their works. We want this book!! (Yes we accept gifts time to time).
Note: The website is tough to navigate- click the 2nd gray bar on top, then click the link in the left column nav “Printwork” to view a preview of the inside.

Lots of great hand-drawn illustration and experimental work from the 6 creatives that make up Design Bureau Proekt, a small Russian studio founded by Roman Krikheli.

Cultural Domain is the work of Adam Tickle. Adam’s portfolio is from 06/07, but he recently updated with a couple new pieces, including this bit (above) for the Nike 1-1 project. Fantastic! Check out more of Adam’s work in his shop too (although most of it is sold out!!) - Shop Cultural Domain

Check out Digital Systm, the work of Icelandic graphic designer and branding king, Siggeir Magnus Hafsteinsson. Sig’s also got a great collection of his favorite pieces on his Flickr page too. Shaka!

This Studio was founded by David Bennett, who keeps it real with some straight-up graphic design that fills the screen on this clean palette of a site. Recent work involves close collaborations with architects, artists, curators, and photographers.

Watch this short video with Girl Skateboard’s Art Director, Andy Jenkins, talking about his latest board design done for Product (RED). Interesting to see how the concept evolved.

We first saw David’s work in a recent edition of Step Inside Design magazine and loved this great concept he came up with for The Hunger Project campaign. So brilliant! We contacted David to request more of his work and he informed us he is working on his portfolio as we speak. If you want to get in touch with David or shoot him some props, email him at deesgoods(-a-t)gmail(-dot-com-).
Julien Vallée is a 24 year old graphic designer from Montreal, Québec. That’s all we know about him. Oh, and he creates sick pieces of artsy craftsy cool shit that makes you wish you had the time to try that… and then he animates it. Damn Canadians.

Sound of Design is the work of Ty Lettau, the Adobe Design Manager responsible for all the UI things you love or hate. Really great work all around and very refreshingly different from the everyday post you see around the community. Hats off to Ty for keeping it, well, you know.
