Brand New...
As some of you may already know, we're working hard to bring a fresh new look and feel
to FAIRspot.com. While we get our ducks in order, we thought it might be nice to show
you exactly what we're working on so that you're not totally surprised when we drop it
on you in the next couple of weeks. We also know you were growing tired of seeing
the Hillman Curtis Interview everytime you came to the site - what can we say, this
stuff takes time!
Anyways, we've listed some of the main features and highlights
below for you to sink your teeth into until we release 2.0, so enjoy and see you soon!
New Layout
The new layout uses a 3-column grid making it easier for you to see more of what you like and finding search results 10x easier.
Updated Categories
You spoke, we listened. We've replaced some of the existing categories with new ones and got rid of some altogether.
Bigger and Better Spots
We're ditching the tiny spots and giving you the room you deserve - The art is up to you! We're also adding Tags to each new spot making it easier for users to find your spot when searching.
FRIENDspots
It's just a fact that we need support to keep us going, but who says you have to dislike the people behind it?
We are currently seeking sponsorship opportunities within the creative industry, if you're
interested, drop us a line for more info.
WORKspots
We all have to work somewhere, right? Whether it's your home office or the next big million dollar studio,
we want to see where you work! Submit your photos now by clicking here.

We've revamped our feature section with a nice clean layout to show off more of the work that we all love to see. We also have a great line-up of features in store for the upcoming year, stay tuned.
FAIRspot Competitions
We will be hosting on-going and monthly contests throughout the year to give you more opportunities for exposure and
the chance to win great prizes.
Our first on-going competition is to design the background art for the new FAIRspot.com.
Winning backgrounds will be used on the site and select backgrounds will be availabe for download
on the site as desktop wallpapers for thousands to see.

A Chance to be Published
Many of you have asked if we have any plans to publish an off-line FAIRspot book or magazine - and
we answered - YES! Starting with the redesign, ALL submissions will now be considered for
both the online and offline versions of FAIRspot.
We will provide more details soon about the submission guidelines for print and our updated
Terms & Agreement. Are you as excited as we are??

Any project created on YUPO synthetic paper is eligible. Submissions should make full use of YUPO paper's quality and attributes, and be aesthetically pleasing.
